We have a very loyal and experienced team here at Skidmore-Wilhelm. When we receive a customer's unit in for service or calibration, it's a good bet that the same people who built it the first time will be working on it again.

This experience will give you the peace of mind that the work will be done right. Also since we calibrate, repair and build new units all day, every day, we're also very efficient. We are constantly streamlining our process to provide quicker turnaround. Surprisingly, our current bottleneck is paperwork! So, please help us to improve our service by using our new calibration/repair checklist and including it in the box when you return the unit to us.
