Below you will find answers to our most often asked questions. If you are unable to find your answer, please feel free to contact us.

How do I contact a specific person at Skidmore-Wilhem?
Our email addresses are 1st initial/last name@skidmore-wilhelm.com. If you do not know the name, please feel free to contact us and we will forward it to the appropriate person. You can also call us at (216) 481-4774.

How can I get a tracking number for an order?
Please contact us. We can send you the invoice which always includes the tracking number.

What is your return policy for parts and units?
We try to work with you prior to shipping to minimize the need for these returns. However, we realize that sometimes things just happen. Please review our refund policy and  contact us if you feel the need to return something and we'll be more than happy to help!

How do I find out the status of my order?
Pleasecontact us for up-to-date order status.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?
Please contact us and we will send you a pdf files of your invoice right away!

How can I get a copy of my credit card receipt?
Please contact us and we will send you a copy of your receipt right away!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and purchase orders (with approved credit). For International shipments we request payment in advance via any of the above methods.

Are there manuals available online?
All of our manuals can be found online on our Instruction Manuals page.

Where can I find pricing information on parts?
We have a very extensive list of products we make and therefore are not able to publish a price list and keep it up to date. Please contact us for pricing.

How do I know if there are parts for my unit currently in stock?
We stock virtually all parts (Imperial size) for the models MZ and HS. All other parts (including metric parts) are made to order, however, our state of the art production systems have greatly reduced the lead time for these items. Most items can ship within 1-2 weeks. If you want to know more information about a specific items, please contact us.

How do I go about having my unit repaired?
Please refer to our Calibration Repair Form. Simply fill out and submit the form to us electronically!  Shipping instructions are provided upon completion of the form.
