Our Refund Policy


Our return policy is valid for 30 days after receipt of your item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any unused items.

Returning Custom Orders

Custom orders are built specifically for your needs and cannot be returned under any circumstances. 

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Parts and accessories returned within 30 days but with obvious signs of use
  • Damaged items
  • Items with missing parts


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.   

Late or missing refunds

If you feel that you haven’t received your refund in a timely manner, contact your bank directly, there is often some processing time before a refund posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a part it for the same item, send us an email at explaining your need for the exchange and notifying us of your intent.

Shipping Returns or Exchanges

You are responsible for paying any shipping costs incurred by returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.   Depending on where you are located the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.  Once a product is shipped, only the shipping company is responsible for guaranteeing that your items arrive at our location.
